Photographing Jools Holland’s Boogie Woogie & Blues Spectacular at Boisdale Canary Wharf is always one of the highlights of my calendar. I love Jools and the show is always glorious.


He was joined by an extraordinary lineup: Lady Va, Ben Waters, Tom Seals, Robert Wells and then of course—Neville Dickie. A total master of the boogie-woogie piano. The band was flawless as always with Ed Richardson and Dave Swift locked in the rhythm like they were reading each other’s minds.
