A bustling studio right in the heart of Islington


I had the pleasure of photographing Charlie Allen, a distinguished name in the realm of menswear. Growing up in the lineage of tailors, he imbibed the craft from his father in North London. Even before pursuing an MA in menswear at the Royal College of Art, Charlie was a seasoned tailor. Remarkably, he established his own store on London's Golden Square in Soho at the young age of 26.


Capturing Charlie and his diligent team in their bustling Islington studio was a gratifying experience. Their dedication to their craft and the sartorial artistry they embody came alive through my lens. The privilege and honor of documenting their endeavors for their social media presence was truly fulfilling. A snapshot of a master tailor's world, where skill meets style, it's a testament to the fusion of tradition and modernity.
