From Emmerdale To London's West End
I've known Martin for many years. We're actually both from Grimsby and cut our teeth in the same performing arts school.
As an actor Martin is best known for his roles in Hollyoaks, Emmerdale and Doctors. Also for his theatre work in the West End in A Daughter's A Daughter, Swallows And Amazons at Theatre By The Lake and My Fair Lady at the Mill At Sonning. He's also an award-winning name in the world of voice acting and runs his own studio recording voice overs and reels for voice actors.
One of his break-out roles was the title role in Buddy the musical - you can see the little guitar he was awarded by the techs (for good behaviour!). His hallway is home to framed posters of a handful of the productions he has performed in, Les Miserables for one, but I couldn't resist snapping the poster for his early panto appearance alongside Geoff Capes and Linda Lusardi - both much loved names from my childhood.
